Dear partner, for me this is not just a business, it is my childhood dream. A dream of well-groomed pets that do not suffer from matted fur. A dream of happy owners who happily take their pets for walks and receive enthusiastic looks and compliments like, “What a beautiful dog you have!” And so it happened that in pursuit of my dream, I created the largest grooming network.
Since 2011, we have been creating a culture of pet ownership in Russia, instilling a humane and responsible attitude towards pets. We are developing demand, training specialists, and creating comfortable conditions for dog and cat owners by taking care of their pets' coats.
Today, Groom is an entire ecosystem consisting of 200 grooming salons, a call center, franchising, and grooming academies licensed by the Ministry of Education. The textbook “Encyclopedia of Grooming” has been published, copies of which are stored in the Russian State Library. An innovative production facility for animal cosmetics has been created. We were named “Best Project in the Service Sector” at the 2023 Business Success National Awards.
